The kit contains: (6) 3"x1-1/2" and (1) 3"x5" Adhesive Knit, (6) 1" Squares of 2nd Skin Dressing, (1) 3"x5" Sheet of Pressure Oval Pads.

A great item to keep in your tennis bag for those unexpected blisters. The Moisture Pads help protect against pressure, friction and blisters. Adhesive Knit helps prevent blisters and holds 2nd Skin Moist Pads in place. Pressure Pads protect "hot spots" on the skin, especially the joints of the feet, hands, knees and elbows.
