Instant Price Match Details
At SquashUnlimited.com we are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers - and this includes doing everything we can to keep our prices competitive. Our Instant Price Match policy gives you the chance to let us know when another web site is selling the same product for a lower price - and gives us the chance to match that price instantly if we can!
On every product page, you'll see the Instant Price Match check mark above the Add To Cart button. If you'd like us to price match a competitor, simply click the Red Check mark icon and enter the relevant information. The price for the item will be matched plus 5% of the difference will be credited immediately. You can then proceed to checkout. We like to process cards manually within 24-48 hours and so you card will not be charged until we have had a chance to double check we have stock and to verify the price match.
If your price match request can be verified, your order will ship with no added delay. If we have trouble verifying your price match, we will contact you within 24-48 hours via email and will not process your order until we have heard from you. If we have not heard from you within seven days, your order will be canceled.
Please note, that for a fair price comparison all charges** from both parties will be taken into consideration (shipping, taxes, exchange rates, handling fees, duties, etc) and the landed cost to your door will be the verified price. Squash Unlimited is a Canadian company based in beautiful Kingston Ontario and so there are no extra duty or brokerage charges when ordering. We charge the HST in Ontario and GST for all other provinces.
** Be aware that additional charges for items shipped from USA competitors will be assessed at the border and payable by you at your door or when picking it up (these charges are not included on your order total when you order from our competitors).
UPS, Fedex, and Purolator may charge a brokerage / handling fee ranging from 5-15% of the value of your order. USPS charges a $5 handling fee. In addition to the brokerage fees the Canadian duty on shoes imported into Canada is 16%, racquets are 0%, and accessories are usually 5-8%. All of these carriers charge the applicable provincial taxes.
Price Match Policies:
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer for this product in Canada/USA, offering the full manufacturer's warranty and able to ship the item to Canada.
- The product you would like to price-match must be an identical item including brand, model year, color and size.
- The product you would like to price-match must be in stock and ready for immediate shipment from the competitor as well as Squash Unlimited.
- The product must be in brand new condition with original packaging. We cannot price match seconds or used products.
- Products listed on auction sites (e.g. eBay) or by individuals (e.g. Craigslist / Kijiji) cannot be accepted for price matching.

Squash Unlimited began 8 years ago because there was a lack of choice in the squash market to find great gear and solid advice. Our first website was tiny with maybe 75 products, but they were a great 75 products! From that day on we have grown to offer over 800+ products shipping all over North America and a little bit of International . Although this is not the ultimate goal, bigger is not necessarily better, it is my goal to provide you great squash equipment at the best price we can and with service and product knowledge that stands above. The goal is make your purchase the best fit for you. It sounds hokey but it is my ultimate goal.
How do we make it the best fit for you? I have personally tried on every shoe, played in half of them (you don't want to see my closet...), personally play tested every racquet, grip, ball, and accessory we stock. Not every product is my favourite but that doesn't mean it won't fit you better or work better in your hand. That is the beauty of it, we stock great gear and I believe it is finding the right fit that is the answer. If you have a wider foot there is no joy in trying to stuff it into a narrow fitting shoe. We will find the right gear for you. How? By personal experience, product knowledge on the site, and availability if you have a question. You can always fire off an email asking something or calling us at the store. Feel free to use our experience to find the best squash equipment for you.
One other main difference between Squash Unlimited and most of our competition is that we are passionate about squash. Not only from a techie-gear focus but as well about growing the sport of squash and giving back to our community. I personally volunteer on our local squash committee, running tournaments / camps, junior programs, city league, as well as sponsoring players and tournaments. This may not seem to help squash in your area if you are 1000 kilometers away but it does help the overall health of squash. Every area counts to the overall good. We sponsor and work with several squash players across Canada. I am proud to be associated with David Sly in Kingston, ON , Erik Zaremba in Victoria BC, and Frank Brillinger in Hamilton, ON. These players all exhibit a passion above and beyond for the game of squash. This may sound contradictory to a sound business principle but if you have a good local pro or club in your area please support them with your business through lessons, camps, and gosh forbid even equipment.
